We’re currently looking for a talented and experienced butcher to join our production team.

The successful candidate will assist our team with daily duties including cutting, portioning and packaging meats. Breaking down whole animals including beef, pork, lamb, poultry and game. Assisting with production of fresh sausages, burgers, and other house made items.

You should have great knife skills, experience in whole animal butchery and familiarity of numerous cuts, a working knowledge of good sanitation practices, as well as a high attention to detail, great interpersonal skills and working well in a fast paced environment.
